Proposals Sought for Sculpture to Honor Volunteer Program’s 20th Anniversary

The City of Plymouth is seeking proposals (PDF) from artists for a sculpture that will represent the spirit of volunteerism as the city celebrates the 20th anniversary of its volunteer program.

The selected sculpture will be installed in the main lobby of Plymouth City Hall. The city is looking for innovative site-specific installations of new or existing art. Local artists are encouraged to apply, but any U.S. artist is eligible. Prior public art experience is not required.

Proposals must be received by 4 p.m., Tues., May 7, 2013. Download a request for proposal form (PDF), or go to the Plymouth Arts Council website. Copies are also available by calling 763-509-5223.
