Several resident groups advise the City Council on a variety of issues.

Please note that committee and commission seat vacancies are typically filled in the last quarter of each year. However, some seats may open throughout the year with opportunities to apply.
City seeking applicants from Ward 2 for Plymouth Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA)
The City of Plymouth is seeking applicants from Ward 2 (southwest Plymouth) for the Plymouth Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA). One seat is available for appointment. Residents with an interest in serving are encouraged to apply by 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 16. View the HRA application (PDF).

The HRA is a volunteer advisory board to the Plymouth City Council. The HRA works with Plymouth's housing and community development programs; administers federal, state and local grants for housing programs; and manages a few residential buildings. The HRA typically meets the Fourth Thursday of each month at 7 p.m.
