myPlymouth is powered by SeeClickFix and CivicPlus, the developers of the mobile application. SeeClickFix is a third-party vendor with a public website/application. Reported issues and inquiries submitted through myPlymouth may be visible to the public. The display name of the submitting party may also be visible, unless requests are submitted anonymously. Email addresses linked to the submissions are not publicly displayed.

The City of Plymouth uses the "Plymouth, MN Parks & Rec" mobile app and browser-based WebTrac software for recreation program registration and account management. The app/WebTrac allows users to search for activities, schedule rentals and register for programs. WebTrac is powered by Vermont Systems, a third-party vendor and the developer of the mobile application.

Personal information, including name, mailing address, billing details, phone number, email address, and account credentials (username and login) is collected when a user creates an account. This information is used to provide services. Information provided is kept confidential and is not shared with any other organizations.

The City of Plymouth uses photos and video of people for publicity purposes. That imagery may include, but is not limited to, photos and video captured at city events and programs.
