Public Improvement and Assessment Hearing on 36th Avenue Street Rehabilitation Project

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota will meet at the City Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 8, 2025 to consider the 36th Avenue Street Rehabilitation Project. The proposed improvement includes pavement reclamation, utility repair and improvements, signal installation, trail replacement, trail construction, water quality improvements, and all necessary appurtenances pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, §§ 429.011 to 429.111. The purpose of the combined improvement and assessment hearing is to allow affected property owners to review and comment on the nature and merits of undertaking the improvement project, and the assessments proposed to be levied against their property. Adoption by the Council of the proposed assessment may be taken at the hearing.

Public Improvement and Assessment Hearing on 2025 Street Rehabilitation Project

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota will meet at the City Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 22, 2025 to consider the improvement of the project area including the streets south of and including 52nd Avenue, west of and including Quantico Lane, north of Schmidt Lake Road, and east of Vicksburg Lane, the streets south of 42nd Avenue, west of Zachary Lane, north of and including 36th Avenue, and east of and including Goldenrod Lane. Also included is Carlson Parkway between the city border with Minnetonka and County Road 61 and 6th Avenue between County Road 61 and Pineview Lane. The proposed improvement includes the pavement reclamation, pavement mill and overlay, utility repair and improvements, signal improvements, trail replacement, and all necessary items pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, §§ 429.011 to 429.111. The purpose of the combined improvement and assessment hearing is to allow affected property owners to review and comment on the nature and merits of undertaking the improvement project, and the assessments proposed to be levied against their property.
