The State Fire Marshal’s office has concluded its investigation of a July 12 four-alarm apartment fire in Plymouth. The investigation, which is standard procedure, identified multiple ignition possibilities and was unable to isolate a primary source of the fire at Vicksburg Village Apartments, 15750 Rockford Road. Because of these findings, the cause of the fire was ruled to be undetermined.

Twenty apartments were affected by fire, smoke and/or water damage in the 62 unit building. There were no casualties and no injuries. About 50 to 60 people escaped from the building.
