People who saw a police helicopter and squad cars this morning in the vicinity of County Road 9 may have wondered what was happening. On Jan. 27, 2015 at approximately 5:07 a.m. a Plymouth police officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation at the intersection of Lancaster Lane and Pilgrim Lane. When the officer ran the vehicle license plate, the vehicle came back as a stolen vehicle. The suspect/driver fled on foot. A perimeter was set up and a State Patrol helicopter was also called to the scene.

At approximately 7:39 a.m. this morning, the New Hope K9 located the suspect, who is currently in custody.
