Adaptive Pickleball Camp

The Plymouth Parks and Recreation Department has partnered with Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute to hold an adaptive pickleball camp Saturday, April 26 at the Plymouth Community Center, 14800 34th Ave. N.

The adaptive sports and recreation camps foster inclusive play and offer activities specifically designed for athletes with cognitive and physical disabilities. Camps are open to athletes ages 5-15. No previous experience or skill level required.

April 26 – Adaptive Pickleball

Adaptive pickleball camp is set for 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, April 26. Participants can develop confidence and have fun while learning serving, volleying and basic gameplay in a supportive and inclusive environment that focuses on teaching fundamental and introductory pickleball skills.

How to Participate

Space is limited to 15 participants per camp and preregistration is required. Cost to participate is $20 for residents and $24 for nonresidents.

Athletes needing sports wheelchairs should contact Recreation Supervisor Paul Pearson at ppearson@plymouthmn.gov or 763-509-5228.
