Plymouth’s free summer entertainment series, Hilde Nights returns for a second year with more opportunities to enjoy live music at the Hilde Performance Center, 3500 Plymouth Blvd.

The second show in the series is set for 6:30-10 p.m. Friday, July 11. Rival 5 performs at 6:30 p.m., bringing powerhouse vocals and big harmonies to the stage with hits from the ‘70s and ‘80s. Adding its own unique flare to the music, Rival 5 describes the sound as the “best of rock with a twist of ‘80s pop.” The Hype will take the stage at 8:30 p.m. to perform the biggest hits from Mötley Crüe, Def Leppard, Poison, Bon Jovi and Aerosmith – five concerts packed into one performance.

Attendees should bring blankets or lawn chairs, as well as cash/credit cards for beverages and food truck purchases.
