To gauge customer satisfaction and continually improve service for riders, Plymouth Metrolink conducts a rider survey each year.
This year's survey is available Sept. 12-18. Riders are asked take a few moments to complete the survey online at plymouthmn.gov/transit. Surveys will be available for Plymouth Dial-A-Ride and express/reverse routes – riders can take one or both depending on the services they use.
