The Four Seasons Mall Planning Study has been updated with new information. 

On October 11, 2011, the City Council adopted the guiding principles for the Four Seasons Mall site. On November 22, 2011, the City Council accepted the final report and repealed the interim ordinance prohibiting development of the site.
