A draft of the 2012 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) on suburban Hennepin County Housing and Community Development programs, funded through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), is available for public comment. Written comments must be submitted to Hennepin County, Housing, Community Works and Transit, 701 4th Ave. S., Suite 400, Minneapolis, MN 55415, by Sept. 13, 2013.

The CAPER reports on the Consortium’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME), and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) program activities during the period July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2013. CDBG, HOME and ESG funds are used for housing, community development, and public service activities that principally benefit low- and moderate-income persons.

The 2012 CAPER will be available for review at the information desk at the Hennepin County Libraries (Ridgedale, Southdale and Brooklyn Center). The report is also available by contacting the Hennepin County Housing, Community Works & Transit Department at 612-348-9260. The CAPER is available on the Hennepin County website at www.hennepin.us/CAPER.
