The City of Plymouth will hold a Healthy Living Fair 1-4 p.m. Sunday, March 9 at the Plymouth Creek Center, 14800 34th Ave. N.

Visitors will enjoy free health screenings, massages and health information sessions. Topics covered by vendors will include nutrition, environment, mindset, relationships, relaxation, healthcare, fitness and stress management. Watch the video on YouTube.

Hands-only CPR and AED training, and sample fitness programs, such as yoga will also be available. Door prizes and other give-away items will also be awarded to visitors.

The fair is hosted by the City of Plymouth and Abbott Northwestern-WestHealth.
