Update from MnDOT: The traffic signal has been fixed.

The traffic signal at the intersection of Highway 55 and Peony Lane in Plymouth has malfunctioned, which has caused traffic backups. The Minnesota Department of Transportation has posted temporary four-way stop signs at the intersection.

MnDOT is working to fix the issue as soon as possible, but the lights may not be operational until 4 p.m. today.
