A 96-unit moderate rate building, Vicksburg Crossing includes 33 affordable/low-income apartments. All affordable apartments are one-bedroom units. Rent rates for these units do not vary according to income. Income guidelines for affordable units are as follows:

• 1 person – $33,000
• 2 person – $37,000

Are meals or transportation services provided?

Vicksburg Crossing is an independent living community designed for self-sufficient adults ages 55+. Meal plans, health services, cleaning and transportation services are not provided. However, services such as Metro Mobility, Plymouth Metrolink Click-and-Ride offers transit service in the area.

What are the lease terms?

Vicksburg Crossing offers a month-to-month lease.

What kind of parking accommodations are offered?

An outdoor surface lot is available for residents and guests of Vicksburg Crossing. Underground heated garage parking is also available for residents. 

What utilities do residents pay?

Residents are responsible for paying electric, phone, cable and internet. The cost of water/sewer and trash/recycling collection is included in the rent. 

Are pets allowed?

Yes, small cats and dogs (less than 25 pounds) are allowed. Pets are limited to one cat and one dog per apartment unit.

Can residents transfer apartments?

Residents may transfer from one apartment to another, depending upon availability. However, residents may be required to pay a transfer fee.
