• Located to the north of Hwy 55 between South Shore Drive and Revere Lane, this proposed development will create a new mixed-use community with apartment homes and retail that will help service the neighborhood.

• Approved rezoning, conditional use permit, preliminary plat, final plat, variances, and site plan for an 11,500 square foot high-end daycare facility and Montessori school. 

10900 South Shore Drive - Plymouth Care Facility

• Site plan for future Plateau Healthcare, a 16 unit, one-level care suite building on the northwest corner of South Shore Drive and County Road 73. The facility would provide a broad range of personal care for older residents and other adults whose capacity for self-care is limited due to chronic illness, injury, disability, or other conditions.

Silver Buckle Saddle Club - Residential Subdivision

• The Silver Buckle Saddle Club development is a proposed 22 single-family lot subdivision on a 10-acre lot located at 16700 Chankahda Trail. At the March 12, 2024, City Council meeting, a resolution was approved to rezone the parcel to RSF-3 (single family detached 3) and approve the preliminary plat. The applicant’s next steps are to submit a final plat application and enter into a development contract to be reviewed by staff and approved by the City Council.

Parkera Apartments

• A 210 unit apartment building with a 70,000 square-foot medical office building located off Highway 55 and Rockford Road. Twin Cities Orthopedics (TCO) has opened onsite and the apartment is expected to follow.
