Drop-Off Days 2025
This year’s Drop-Off Days event is set for Friday, April 25 and Saturday, April 26 at the Plymouth Maintenance Facility, 14900 23rd Ave. N. Plymouth residents only – identification required.
The annual event provides an opportunity for residents to declutter and get rid of certain unwanted items. See below for a list of accepted items.
Prepay Discount
Residents dropping off pay items will be charged per vehicle, per trip. Residents may prepay online at a discounted rate, or pay the day of the event via credit card or cash (exact cash preferred for cash payments). Prepay for Drop-Off Days online or through the Plymouth Parks and Recreation app.
Those who prepay must bring their receipt (digital or paper copy) with barcode to be scanned, as well as proof of residency (photo ID, driver's license or current utility bill with Plymouth address). Those who do not bring a receipt will be asked to pay again at the day-of rate.

Note: Box trucks may be no larger than 25 feet in length. Maximum length for vehicles with a trailer is 40 feet, and drivers must be able to easily navigate turns.
Friday, April 25 – Free Items Only
Hours: 3-6 p.m.
Only free items (see items list below) will be accepted Friday, April 25. Pay items will not be accepted.
Saturday, April 26 – Free & Pay Items
Hours: 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
No semi-trailers or semi-trucks allowed. Vehicles must be in line by 12:30 p.m. to participate in the event. Note: Residents with both free and pay items on Saturday, April 26 should proceed to the pay line.
Wait Times: Each year, city staff make improvements in an effort to reduce wait times and increase efficiency. However, this is a popular annual event and wait times may vary depending on traffic volume. The site will close to all vehicles not in line by 6 p.m. Friday, April 25 or 12:30 p.m. Saturday, April 26.
