West Medicine Lake Park Project Area Map (PDF)

The West Medicine Lake Park stormwater pond was constructed to capture sediment and nutrients from Plymouth Creek prior to discharging into Medicine Lake. This project is to clean out the pond and replace the deteriorated outlet structure (weir) for the pond. This project is located on the west side of West Medicine Lake Drive in West Medicine Lake Park. View the project plans (PDF).

Anticipated Schedule

• Phase 1 weir replacement, January - February 2025
• Phase 2 pond dredging, April - June 2025

Conor Meadows Project Area Map (PDF)

The ponds within the Conor Meadows neighborhood, which is located to the southeast of the intersection at Schmidt Lake Road and Peony Lane, were built in the 1990's and are in need of maintenance. This project would remove accumulated sediments from the three ponds in the neighborhood and replace adjacent storm sewer pipes where required. View the project plans (PDF).

Anticipated Schedule

• January - April 2025

The pond within the Steeple Hills 2nd Addition neighborhood, which is located to the northeast of the intersection at  Chankahda Trail and Dunkirk Lane, is in need of maintenance. This project would include removing accumulated sediments from the pond, conducting grading improvements to provide flood protection to adjacent homes, and replacing failing storm sewer pipe. Xenium Lane and 6th Avenue Project Area Map (PDF)

The pond at Carlson Companies, which is located to the southeast of the intersection at Xenium Lane and 6th Avenue, is in need of maintenance. This project would remove the accumulated sediments from the pond, and repair existing storm sewer pipe/ View the project plans (PDF).
