Beginning Monday, Aug. 21, Washington Avenue will be closed between Walnut Street SE and Pleasant Street SE.

During construction, Routes 795 and 774 will follow the detour below:

• Eastbound: Regular route on 4th Street S. at U.S. Bank Stadium, continue to Cedar Avenue, turn left onto Cedar, right on Washington, left onto 19th Avenue, right on University Avenue, right on Oak Street SE, and returning to the regular route.
• Westbound: Regular route at Oak Street and Delaware Street. Stay straight on SE Oak Street, continue onto SE 4th Street, turn left onto 10th Avenue SE and continue onto the 10th Avenue bridge. Continue onto 19th Avenue S., turn right onto S. Washington Avenue, left on Cedar Avenue S., right on 3rd Street, right on Washington Avenue SE and returning to the regular route.

During construction, Routes 774 and 795 will not stop at the following bus stops: Willey Hall, Blegen Hall and Coffman Hall.

Routes 774 and 795 will serve these stops during construction:

• Westbound: Oak Street/Delaware Street and Cedar Avenue S./Washington Avenue S.
• Eastbound: Washington Avenue S./19 Avenue S. And Oak Street/Delaware Street.
