The Plymouth transit staff posts rider alerts on this area of the website to keep riders informed of changes to bus routes or other transit news. Paper versions of rider alerts are also distributed on all affected Plymouth Metrolink buses.

Rider Alert: Plymouth Metrolink annual rider survey is available Sept. 17-23

To gauge customer satisfaction and continually improve service for riders, Plymouth Metrolink conducts a rider survey each year.

This year's survey is available Sept. 17-23. Riders are asked take a few moments to complete the survey online at plymouthmn.gov/transit. Surveys are available for Plymouth Click-and-Ride and express/reverse routes – riders can take one or both depending on the services they use.

Riders with questions or who need assistance to complete the survey can contact Plymouth Metrolink at 763-509-5535 or transit@plymouthmn.gov.
